I have a htc 500 dual sim
its randomly restarting problem
restart with recovery mode,normal mode
how to solve his problem

Flash custom recovery Download any 1 here Cwm recovery Twrp recovery PhilZ recovery

Rename the file as recovery nd run below given cmmd to flash via fastboot

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

Rom download here

* Copy rom to sdcard

* Boot into recovery mode

* full wipe data ,system ,cache goto adavance wipe delvik cache

* Flash the rom via recovery

* If yu face bootloop extract boot.img from rom flash via fastboot cmmd below

fastboot flash boot boot.img

cant come to RECOVERY MODE
restarting with htc logo when i change to mode as RECOVERY

Try other recovery i added three recovery links

its stock based rom oly extract it nd flash via fastboot

fastboot flash system system.img

fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

fastboot flash boot boot.img

yes tat files only flash 1 by 1 via fastboot cmmd above given
