[root] HTC Desire 500 Dual Sim Booting Problem

After unlocking and installing CWM Reccovery and SuperSu,
HTC Desire 500 Dual Sim is giving booting trouble.. If it gets switched off in any way. It wont boot up. If put on charging, RED LED will keep on blinking.
Then I have to keep the battery out for 10 minutes and then put the battery back and then press power button and then it will start/boot up and then I have to charge to keep it on.

Many others having rooted HTC Desire 500 Dual Sim are also facing same problem.

Any solution to this booting problem ?
