After this procedure, You must tu install non EE operator firmware. I install this custom ROM LeeDrOiD.co.uk and after than, I can connect to internet by WiFi or 3G and all is working.

S-off your device write any Europe cid or supercid and then write Europe stock.

with FASTBOOT MODE (NOT HTC DOWNLOAD MODE)
fastboot erase persist
fastboot erase absolute
will work same
