have htc one m7 which i purchased from ebay & was AT&T unlocked.
I contacted HTC to get latest ROM for my phone, but HTC said that they cannot support such unlocked phone which is not official.
But i want to have Lollipop on my phone & it should get updated via OTA, so can any one give me complete solution for the problem following are the details

Dnt extract
rename the file as rom dnt change zip.extension
copy to adb folder
cnnt yur device in fastboot mode
run below givn cmmds

fastboot devices
fastboot oem rebootRUU
fastboot flash zip rom.zip
fastboot reboot
