Stuck on hboot menu in sensation xl

I was using my phone and it suddenly turned off..and after trying different things..it only boots in hboot menu,under which only fastboot works..recovery,factory reset,simlock,reboot ..all these freezes the phone when selected any help?

unlock bootloder ok

Flash custom recovery ok

Flashing recovery.img...


sending 'recovery' (5156 KB)... OKAY
writing 'recovery'... OKAY

but after recovery the phone not going to recovery just freezes on htc loge

Extract boot.img from cm based rom zip flashvia fastboot

fastboot flash boot boot.img

again try recovery aftr flash boot.img
