You research is Very limited.

No need B.Loader unlocked for flash one ROM/RUU...is good protection if flash ROM Wrong instead.

As per your instruction ,,,i checked my INBOX,,,and surprise to know that i got 5 emails from HTCDEV ,,,,but all was in my HOTMAIL account not in yahoo,,,,

plz tell me what should i do ,,,

Yes create new acc n HTCDEV using yahoo id nd use the same yahoo acc n htx tool.
