there should be problem with your ISP or firewall .
try using proxy .

How to flash :
1 unzip the archive
2 copy flash.bin to sd card
3 insert it in your E101.Press vol up+reset
4 on screen it will show loading sd card update
5 wait till it flashes, it shd not take more than a minute

reset the phone and u got the build in yr device.enjoy
