Got a T-mobile dash for unlock have the unlock code but i cant get to enable the keys whenever another carrier sim inserted how do i go about this phone CID unlocking

Phone CID have nothing to do with unlocking in T Mobile Dash case.

Just do a simple hard reset for initial treatment. put a non accepted sim card. phone should ask for code this time. if u/anyone tried wrong code then phone ll ask u to wait.

Did hard reset phone but still hangs I'll wait and see then post result

Then update phone rom, download from official support area.
