Mapl110-hard reset

Power the device OFF.
Press and hold the Volume up key and then press the End/Power key (red) for two seconds.
When you see a message that starts with "This operation will delete…", release the keys and press the Send key.
Press the Send key again to restart the device.
Wait several minutes for the hard reset to complete.

Thanks mate, your help is always more appreciated than it might appear to be.
I have done that and the restoration went well, but after restarting the device it is stuck at the boot screen and restarts endlessly, any ideas?
