Hello, try this one ... it had unlocked my HP iPAQ 514 (FW 2.00.05) :

Phone must be connected to WIN PC, not sure if ActiveSync must be also present.
Unlocker is to be executed on the WIN PC with phone connected.
Backup the important data before use of unlocker. Reboot phone after use of unlocker.

Hi, Well i got your software, but tried with v3 cable to connect, but can't connect it with pc, can you tell me what the cable to use with this.

O any one know whats the master code for this set/

Standard USB cable - used for sync with PC and charge iPAQ 514.

i download unlock files but when I try run: CheckLock.exe I get message:
"CheckLock.exe is not a valid Win32 Application"

?

how unlock HP iPAQ 500 ?

Sorry .. I not see:
copy to your phone (any location) file "CheckLock.exe" and run it

but I have another problem!
I use USB cable but computer not detect iPAQ on my USB port........

install activesync on the desktop or go setings than connections and you will find an option to make the usb connection to USB mass storage
