pls i have hp ipaq h5550 that that hangs on start up i have done hard reset but did not work, pls can any body help me with the flash rom to flash the phone or is there any other alternative of solving this problem?

Download the SoftPaq .EXE file to a directory on your hard drive.
Establish an Activesync connection between your iPAQ Pocket PC and host PC.
Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
Perform a normal reset on the iPAQ Pocket PC.
