htc elf0100 dead after change language? - GSM-Forum

my htc elf0100 become dead after change language ND to Fr, first time phone work fine but after 30 min is dead , i reflash with many rom in forum but no result alaways vendor id not valid or bad Rom.
elf 0100
IPL 1.15.0002
SPL 1.15.0000

i need help?

Sure you did mistake while choosing rom.

conflicted ELF with ELFIN.

Its not about Hard SPL now.
