power off ans hold 2 program key then power on

how to make a hard reset??

This phone doesn't seem to have a hard reset button or hot-key combination. can only reset by menu. here's the procedure..

# From the standby screen, press Start.
# Scroll to and select Settings.
# Scroll to and select Security.
# Scroll to and select Master Clear.
# Enter password, press Done. (Default password is 0000.)
# To confirm reset, press Yes.

NOTE: The device will automatically reset and may not function for up to 15 minutes following the master reset.
