spv m3000 unable to do a hard reset - GSM-Forum

i got one spv m3000 which is password protected i managed to do a hard reset but when i press the voice and comm manager buttons and the soft reset button i got a 4 colored screen i try to press the up direction button to go to the black screen but nothing happen what should i do to reset this password thank you
