Procedure :

1- Install ActiveSync .

2- Download Lokiwiz03 From ->>>>Here .

3- Unzip lokiwiz.zip to somewhere in your computer.

4- Guarantee that your phone is connected via ActiveSync with the computer.

5- Go to Lokiwiz03 Folder Than To Utils Folder Copy EnableRapi.cab somewhere in Phone (you can use Win explorer to do it ) .

6- In Phone Execute File EnableRapi.cab (Phone still connected to Pc ).
.
7- In Pc Go again to Lokiwiz03 Folder than Execute lokiwizMSL.bat .

8- It will give you the SIM unlock code after it runs, just get a different SIM from the one your phone is locked to and insert the code...

Results:

This is solution is also works for XDA-2 O2 phones tested many times
