|  freezing problems with palm centro can any member help to solved freezing problem with palm centro i tried hard and soft reset but problem same any advice?. thanks in advance. |

Remove battery from your centro for at least three hours. It can be moisture causing your phone to freeze. try to dry your phone and battery (keep in a hot place or in sunlight. do not make screen of centro face any extreme heat or light. place the centro on its face). after three hours reinsert your battery back into your centro and see if the problem persists. If it does then it can be hardware failure and you may need a replacement. | |
