Hard reset palm p121una - GSM-Forum

im been looking for procedure to make a hard reset to this model but i can not find it... i wonder if somebody knows how to do

Palm Support : Resetting your device (Soft, System/Warm, Hard, In-Cradle, Power Down, Battery Disconnect, Zero Out)

palm pixi plus p121una this is the model i find this but can't working

Turn on phone.
Press and hold the Option, Sym and Power keys / button simultaneously then release after 3 seconds.

Not 3 seconds... Keep holding until device resets... about 10-15 seconds
