Help needed on treo 650 - GSM-Forum

Hi to all masters of treo phones i have a problem wit my treo 650 i tried to use the solution posted on the forum but int the procedure of using the updater it didnt successed i have been trying to use the updater 1.13 but it never accepts now i have tried to check the phone imei and version but the problem is that i cant see any thing they are lost (i mean when i go menu of the phone to check the phone infor i cant see the imei and the phone version) how do i fix this problem

I asume you did a hard reset?
I dont know what solution you are reffering to..
I had an update problem when updating ROM to 1.05. I thought I had all running programs shut down but NOPE!!.. I forgot to turn off KBlightsoff.
I had to hard reset and apply update again. When you hard reset, there will be nothing to worry about running in the background..
Read the procedures for hard reset and recovering your data..
I am real sketchy about it and make a backup of my palmdesktop folder..c/programfiles/palmone
I dont now if this helps you but I got one more post count.

What exactly are you trying to do?
Upgrade the firmware or unlock it?

help!! my problem with treo 680 is that after hard reset i cant get pass the setup step 3 of tapping the center with stylus....treo only hard reset and reaches step 3 and repeats it over again....what do i do?
