I'm not sure where to ask this but you guys clearly are experts so here goes. My Treo 650 finally died and Sprint only had a 700p to swap me. I can't figure out how I was able to use my own ringtones on the phone itself (I know you can do it with mp3s on the card with Ringo but I read here somewhere that Ringo crashes the 700p, right?). I thought it used .amr files and I have a program (I haven't used in a LONG time) by MIKSoft to convert mp3 to amr, but when I try to convert and then email the new amr file to myself I can't get the phone to accept them. It keeps asking if I want to save it in pics and videos or something. Help! I just want to move some files onto the internal memory to have additional ringtones from files I created.
