Yes.
This tutorial is great for getting started in patching palm apps:
http://techst02.technion.ac.il/~saty/Palm_tut.htm

Edit: the only prob is that there MUST be something like nag screens. Without it doesn't work. And ist must be written in 68k, ARM won't work.

But to make patching eaysier I use PRCEdit which is much more comfortable then the tools in the tut.
