I have tried without sim and wit afghan sim (awcc) but no luck, i will try with o2 sim.

How did u hard reset palm p100ueu?

to perform full erase on the phone, first power on the phone and press and hold the Option Key + Sym Key + Power button on the phone for 10 seconds.
Option key is the key below the A button on the phone keypad.
