How to perform a hard reset

If charging, disconnect your smartphone from its charger.
Take off the battery door, but don't take out the battery yet.
Press and hold Power/End .
While holding Power/End, remove the battery for approximately one second, then replace it while still holding Power/End.
When you see "Erase all data?" you can release Power/End. Press Up to confirm the hard reset.

thanks working for hard reset but fone still asking for unlock code after hard reset

thanks again was pressing volume up instead of up key

alternative hard reset treo t850

hold down call end button

while holding call end button ude stylus to press reset button

screen prompting you to reset appears, press up key to confirm reset

Bro. could you help me?
I have a Palm treo t850. that after change the speaker.( it worked for about 5 min.) it torned off and have not powered anymore.
