please help hard reset palm TREO 680 - GSM-Forum

phone full memory and insert baterry PALM logo and power-off now . i hold power on -off and reinsert baterry to phone is same ., not hard reset . i needs help to format phone , because i can't connect phone to computer and Uprom it .

you need to hold the power on - off button while inserting the battery then wait till the palm logo and the progress bar finish loading before releasing the power button

Here is procedure

Remove back panel to expose the battery. Hold the power button down on the unit. While holding the power button,
remove the battery.Keep holding the power button and place the battery back The Palm Treo 680 will reboot and you will
see a message asking if you would like to delete all data. Release the power button and press UP on the 5-way navigator.
You will have to sync Treo to restore data.

Problem here hold power + key down phone can't go to hard resset . LOGO Palm play Taskbar complete is phone power -off .

one of the keys may not be responding, thats why you cant hard reset.

i readed solution hard reset for treo 680 and hold power key + key Up after insert baterry to phone , but same , but when connect only Vbatt + mass no bsi +btem phone power-on and sign-in ok , not changing

, when connect cable to Uprom , phone is auto power-off

can baterry problem ??
