Treo 680 unlock by imei problem!!! - GSM-Forum

i have a CINGULAR USA Palm Treo 680 and I bought unlock imei service from unlockcellular.com and the code that they sent to me does not work when I introduce the code with a SIM card of another operator by example VODAFONE sim card, when i insert CINGULAR sim card the code is accepted. what can be? i still have the phone locked.

unlockcelllular support dont tell me anything.

Keep pressed red button to enable radio on phone. After type code like *#*#CODE# and call.

thans for the info but look this pictures, this is my problem, i follow all the intructions but

the code is acepted with cingular sim card but Not acepted with TIGO sim card for exmaple.

whats´s wrong??

try to hard reset the phone then enter the code with other sim card.

Hi,
here is the instruction how to hard reset:

Remove battery cover and find the Reset hole beside the battery (without
removing the battery). Press and Hold down the Power/End button and
using the stylus press and release the RESET button in the hole.
Release the Power/End button when the Palm Powered logo appearsand when you will be asked if you wish to remove all data press the Up
button to confirm the Hard Reset.

ok, a have the treo680 with hard reset and still locked.

note:treo 680 no have reset button just remove battery and put it back holding PWR button.
