WebMessenger Freezes! Please Help? - GSM-Forum

i used to use my copy of webmessenger without any problems at all, it was installed with a few other apps and suddenly it started freezing all on its own. a hard reset did not help either - it simply freezes while i am writing an IM, and i have to soft-reset my TX to get it working, then delete the copy of WebMessenger and then copy-and-reinstall it from my SD Card. It is very frustrating. Are there an solutions for this? I have emailed the WebMessenger support and they asked me to email them it's trace logs, which i did, but it has been three days since i have heard from them - they haven't even replied to my email that asked if they were trying to find a solution. Please help??

WebMessenger & Toccer have caused me a decent amount of problems. They'd either constantly reset my phone, freeze or disconnect all the time. I never a found a solution except to purchase Mundu, which hasn't caused me any grief.
