MTK Engineering Mode Start

Description:
This app supports the device that used the MediaTek chip.
It is possible to get a variety of device information.
ex. "Network Info" -> "RR 3G CsceEMServCellSStatusInd" for Check signal band .* This application Require MediaTek chip device *
* This application NOT Require ROOT *
MTK Engineering Mode is Hidden menu . This app can start this special menu .

can we flash firmware of one mobile to anothr mobile wch are havng same mtk6572 chips?

If you lost your IMEI number, you can follow these steps:
1. Make Sure that your simcard is inserted! Deal *#06#, You`ll See INVALID! No Worries! Switch off your phone totally.
2. Wait for a while 2-3 minutes
3. Turn on your phone, once is opened, open the dialer, type *#364016# , You`ll see Engineering mode and then modify IMEI , HOW? » Under the section of Telephony —> GRPS —> At the top of the page, type this 352062067937502 —> Save by hitting "Write IMEI", It will ask for Reboot, You can say OK!
4. Once your phone is rebooted. You can deal again *#06# and see the imei is there!
5. Now You can make calls

why my myphone agua rio fun v2 dont have an engineer mode?

because my phone has an invalid imei so i want to try this one to fix my imei

mtk 6571 is the chipset of my phone

Does anybody know how to access these function from the Android Tasker app? I would like to make some testing of the cell coverage and Tasker could be very useful for logging these parameters as a function of location.
