Problem in my GT-I9505 (s4) - GSM-Forum

HEllo guys recently i updated my device into stock 5.0.1 via kies
device ran perfectly fine for about 30 min
then it started to get random restarts
if i do a factory reset nothing happend
it boots up for the first time
then if i reboot it it stucks on the samsung logo :'(
plzzz help
i tried a lot using various kind of stock roms kitkat and lolipop,custom roms etc nothing fix this problem for me
plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help me guys
if i want to boot my device i have to do a factory reset all the time
