NETBOOK NS721A

1.) Please buy USB cable having BOTH ends same as attached picture.

2.) Please download the attached software as mentioned below from the below link.

NS721A.zip

Extract all the files using the WINZIP or WINRAR software. You will get
1.) NS721A folder
2.) Update tool Sub folder name OTG driver & IUW software

3.) Please connect the one end of USB cable to the computer and another end at the Netbook side( where the charger and Lan connection port available). Do not connect the USB cable on the right hand side USB slots.

4.) Switch on the netbook. Your computer will detect the Netbook through USB automatically. You will get Green ARROW at the bottom of the screen near to digital clock. If The product is not getting detected follow step 5 or skip it if it already detected.

5.) If your netbook is not detected, It will ask you to supply the drivers. Click on “Select Drivers from Local disk ( Second option from the dialoug box)”. Locate the OTG folder which has driver ( The OTG folder is available in the software update tools folder.)

6.) Once connected properly, you will get a msg on netbook screen “ Communicating to computer”. Open the software folder NS721A Update tool IUW 1.2 software folder and run IUW.exe file.

7.) If everything is correct, You will see Green line at the bottom of the software ( Near Burn Icon). Please select below software from the NS721A folder. Please do not select any other option except below.

a. FOR KERNAL OPTION in ICW software: Click on BrowseNS721AUimage
b. FOR SYSTEM OPTION in ICW software: Click on BrowseNS721ASystem.img
c. FOR USER OPTION in ICW software: Click on BrowseNS721Auserdata.img
d. FOR RAM DISK OPTION in ICW software: Click on BrowseNS721ARamdisk.img
e. FOR RECVRD OPTION in ICW software: Click on BrowseNS721Aupdater.img

8.) After selecting all these options, click on burn. You should be able to see the progress on Netbook as well as on the computer screen (ICW software will show you the progress).

9.) Once process is completely done successfully, It will show “PLEASE PULL OUT OTG LINE and RESTART”. Remove the USB cable and restart your netbook..

10.) Wait till 7-10 minutes after the netbook is restarted.




Please follow the below process ONLY if it is not successfully updated.


1.) Pls switch off the netbook and connect it through computer using the USB cable.
2.) Make the software ready by selecting all the parameters. Remember to uncheck “SYSBACK “ option. It should be all blank.
3.) Swtich on your netbook, your normal computer will say” New hardware found” and will try to locate the drivers.
4.) Install the drivers manually using the manual process by selecting “OTG driver” folder.
5.) Once the drivers are installed correctly. Switch off the netbook and restart.

many thx fr the software. i downloaded thw sw & followed yr instructions.
bt now after the logo it goes to 2nd screen and the word "ANDROID" is displayed & it gets stuck at this point

wud u b able to suggest any remedy.
also my laptop label says android 2.3 os
