i have read code for blackberry ,but i found that the network is blocked not activated,is there a solution?

what model is it a verizon blackberry phone??
its already unlock

i think its already open try to lower the settings of your band to gsm,,

try to use your local sim then call emergency call

ive done that 2 bb phone

i think the owner of the phone complaint that the phone is stolen ...thats the reason u cant use it..
