8300 error - GSM-Forum

I have BB 8300 locked with bharathi(airtel ) india

when i tried to unlock with MFI after that updated in desktop manager an error coming like this in attached picture

in phone window it shows
"Uncaught exceptionjava.lang.nullPointer Exception"

wats the problem?

anyone have idea abt this?

try to restore again using loader -nojvm option. For how to use that command do a little search on forum.

ur lol because u will not restor by og soft what mean by mfi i try many time?????????

its not handset problem its ur mind problem or u will not seting proper

so u have got or facing problems

did nojvm in command prompt
