8310 dead then try unlock - GSM-Forum

After trying to unlock my 8310, the program mfi showed error, abort, the mistake was mine and I did with version 2 have checking full erase but now no conect only led red please any solution the computer no detect

open the configuration.xml files locate where it said :
<product id="0x8D000F03" model="RIM 8310 PapaBear">
<data mfi="MFI-14796-020"/>

then change it to MFI-14796-017 make sure you check in HHFiles see if you have that files... then start your MML again it will work fine.. remember turn off the net.

reboot your pc, & just connect your 8310 until mfi detects it,

my problem is that the computer does not recognize it, I've unlocked many without any problem, is more often gave me errors in other models but the computer recognized it and then deal but now no unfortunately I havent screenshot
