help 8320 only showing time sand (first loading) and then keep restart, already reflash still no success.
it's hardware or software problem??? please anyone give advice

Use MML Software And Connect Phone Wait For Complete Erasing And Write Prosse After Complete Again Reflash

Same use mml wipe and erase, after restore firmware become restart again
