Torch 9800 with wrong PIN - GSM-Forum

Hello friends !
I faced with BB Torch 9800 that have PIN not same with PIN on sticker . Very intresting is that user sey it happen once he change SIM card and now he can't use BIS cause his Torch do not register in BB System . And more : IMEI not changed , only PIN changed per se .
Somebody have any idea How it can happen and how to solve these ?

Some additional info :
These phone byed from Turkcell and then unlocked with MEP code .Then it was used in Azerbaijan about one month with Azercell carrier . No Software or Hardware changes .

I guess it's Data locked. only DM3 can solve your problem.

Seems you right , only DM3 at the moment can solve.
Very intresting that nobody knows how it happened )) It is strange that PIN was changed and IMEI not .
