8520 curve redcross battary sign when charge - GSM-Forum

Hi guys,

has any1 had this problem on a blackberry 8520 curve? i m having the red cross on battery problem on my 8520 and i have tried eveything i know to fix it including using a different battery* charging the phone overnight* opening the phone and reheating the main board using a heat gun but none of them have worked. please can any one help me. and how do i know if there is a short in the circuit?

just get a new battery...and you'll be good.

or before spending. try a friend's battery 1st and see the magic!
