Download bbsak ,connet ur 4n make sure u installed blackberry drivers then just just click factory reset..ure done

@mobilepoint,

If the data is sensitive, and your customer needs contacts, pictures etc, theres a way to remove the of*****ng app which is causing the app error 523, the fault is described from RIM as follows:

523 System process died
A critical Java process has terminated, and the device cannot continue to operate in a normal manner.

For these faults you can use BBSAK, connect first with BBSAK, then goto tab "modify cod's" -> Read System

When you get the list of the full system, you will somewhere find that a specific app has crashed, is not loaded correctly.

When you identify this app, highlight it on the right pane, and in the same tab click "remove"

This should now allow the device to boot, take a backup of the data, and now you can juts update device to latest FW version.

This applies for all BB devices with these JVM error's. Hope you can use this in the future as well.
