8520 shows blackberry then white screen? - GSM-Forum

Hello 2 all

I received a Blackberry 8520 for "white screen" however if you restart then handset it displays "Blackberry" with the start-up bar then the screens goes white. If its off and on charge it shows the battery charging icon on the screen. If I connect it to a PC it reboots....

I have tried to do software and it runs through and erases the applications but after reboot it doesn't "reconnect to JVM" and eventually gives the error "Application Loader was unable to connect to your device"

Any idea's???

try a new battery and your good to go
