How you try to update firmware using apploader or pc suite? What error it show's you when you try to update firmware, there is some error code?

having same issue here with 8520, looks like someone else was using the wifi before, because service books for wifi and wifi tcp/ip connectivity are installed on the phone.

looks like hardware issue,any solution ?
