You now need to download, and install a small program called "JL cmder"

JL_Cmder Javaloader Utility

This will wipe the phone completely, enabling you to reinstall a fresh copy of your Operating System on to your phone.

Make sure to get the latest OS for your handset, and REMOVE the file named "Vendor.xml" from the "Apploader" folder.

If you have any difficulties, I'll gladly help you out.

Best of luck.

Hi, this is a tricky one,

You need the battery in the phone at all times.

Does your phone show anything on the screen apart from just a white background?

Is your phone recognised by the computer when you plug the USB cable in?

Have you got the software CD that came with your phone, as this has the USB drivers on it?

If you have got the disc, remove all traces of the software from your computer, and then do a new install from the BlackBerry CD, that will put all of the software needed on your computer.

We cannot do anything until your computer sees your phone, then we can go ahead and start from the begining again.

Don't worry if this just a software problem, we will fix it, .

Is the phone seen as "Unknown device" in LOADER?

If so, install battery into the phone just as the message appears, then you may have a chance at installing the software.
