8700 n 9000; searching for network - GSM-Forum

hello

got 2 BB with same problem...no signal..
whenever i turn on the radio, it searched for network all the time.
i curious whether it is hw/sw matter..

if it is sw matter, is there any RF parameters that should be re-set, like nokia w/ its PM.
can i use 'radio lab tool' any tools to solve this problem?
tried already to re-install/ update its OS using desktop manager, but didn't work..

please anyone help

chek it policy and remove it policy if enable

and both don't have it policy on its security opt sub menu..
then is it time to go to hardware?
though i'm not so sure, for both owners said their handset hardly ever get a hard shock/ water damage.
