Did you try remove it policy or firewall password..

Try This ..

8xxx Series IT Policy Simple Procedure To Remove

If you have any 8xxx device the best method for removing IT policy is to update it to OS 4.3 or higher (if possible) and you can use JL_Cmder's "resettofactory" command to remove ALL IT policy, Firewall restrictions and Application Permission settings. After you've upgraded to OS 4.3 or higher, simply backup the device using Desktop Manager, close Desktop Manager, then run JL_Cmder and execute the "resettofactory" command. The device will do a security wipe of the device; (meaning wipe your data but leave the OS, DO NOT use the "Wipe" command in JL_Cmder) then reboot leaving the OS, 3rd party apps but no data AND, best of all, NO IT policy whatsoever. When you're done, simply restore your backup and you're good to go with no policy or locked firewall. You can downgrade back to the old OS if you desire, too.

FILE TO USE JL_Cmder_v1.9.1

Instruction How To Use :

Install JL_Cmder & Run the file locate at C:Program Files/JL-Cmder

Press Any Key To Continue

Press Y In keyboard Then Type The Password

Press 5 In Keyboard And Follow The Instruction Show In JL_Cmder

Wait the JL_cmder Done In Process Then Remove The Cable Insert Battery After Wipe Already Done.

If the JL Cmder will not connected SOLUTION

Code:
* Note: If you are connecting via a USB HUB then these instructions may not work. Try connecting via USB on a PC that is not using a HUB

Pre-Install Tasks

1. Disconnect the device from the PC

2. Download and install Desktop Manager and the Handheld OS to the PC (if they have not already been installed):

Code:
Desktop Manager and Handheld OS List
Command Line Tasks 1. Start a Command Prompt in DOS from the PC (Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >> Command Prompt) 2. Change the directory to: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader * If you do not know how to navigate to this directory follow instructions in 2a)
Code:
2a)

 From C:\ prompt type:

 cd Program Files <hit enter>
 cd Common Files <hit enter>
cd Research In Motion <hit enter>
 cd AppLoader <hit enter>
3. Make sure Desktop Manager is not running 4. Connect BlackBerry to the PC 5. Enter the following command in the Command Prompt window:
Code:
loader.exe /nojvm
Installation 1. The Application Loader Wizard window will open 2. Click on Next 3. You will get a drop down list with the COM ports and one USB port entry 4. Select the one which says USB:UNKNOWN * If you do not see USB:UNKNOWN or USB:BBPIN, then follow instructions listed in a1-a5: a1) Disconnect the device from the PC. a2) Keep the Application Loader Wizard window open a3) Remove the battery and put it back a4) While the red led is on, reconnect the device to the PC. The led will only stay on for a few seconds a5) When USB:UNKNOWN appears in the drop down list, you need to immediately select Next 5. The loader should now connect to your device and you will be able to reinstall the OS

MFI unlocking method ruins certain parameters of this model. Verizon prl and default radio settings read from a working phone (radio tool) should be written to this phone.

Hey Bro,

It sounds like you know what your on about, could u point me to a thread with some more detailed instructions? I have the same or similar issue. i've compared settings with a working handset and it looks like their using a different CDMA channel. Does radio tool allow me to change CDMA settings?

Chur for any help.

Hi Bro, tried Jay'Treze's Solution with Jl_Cmder but i used the WIPE option instead of the "RESTOREFACTORY" now my phone can make and receive calls.it couldn't do any of those previously with any sim though i didn't initially unlock the handset. i upgraded the OS to 4.5 and tried the "RESTOREFACTORY" option initially but didn't yield any positive results and subsequently the "WIPE" option and now i have a working phone. do please try this option and lets see how it goes for you. best wishes
