8900 dead help - GSM-Forum

Dear friends
i have a 8900 when trying to update it the pc goes restart then trying again to astablish a connection with the blackberry but it dont want to connect so would you can help me plz how to connect it again to the pc to update it?

download the ur firmware from blackberry
set it up
goto
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
and delete vendor.xml

open a command prompt

normally start run type in cmd pres enter
command prompt open
type exactly the next line
cd c:\
pres enter
now you should b at the command prompt at c:\>
now just type the whole of next line
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\loader.exe" /nojvm

exactly as shown,,inc quotes,,,+after last quote theres a space then /nojvm
pres enter plug ur bb mob in when it show pin unknown quick press next,,
then follow instructions...

if it not show then do same,,but with batt removed...
