8900 personal email setup???


I have BB 8900 and need to set up personal email but only option showing is "work with blackberry enterprise server" Ive tried wiping and installing new OS but to no avail. Is there anyway to get the personal option on this device?

The blackberry plan is activated on your SIM?
If YES then go to Options> Advanced Options> Host Routing Table. Press MENU and click Register now.
If still Email setup not working then open your browser and type
[cerrier name].blackberry.com
Example: vodafone.blackberry.com
If this not working then call your carrier and ask to check your blackberry service, may it not properly provisioned!
