8900 short but USB shows charging - GSM-Forum

Sir,
I am having 8900 in which I check to battery +ive & -ive both are short,
but when we connect to charger it shows charging.
When I put full charge battery phone is not getting ON.
What to do?
Please help. Thank you.

does ur phone show the red light?

Yes it shows red light as will as it shows charging on display but does not get ON.

sir,i have it by flashing but error comes "please check usb connection or enter password if there".

I got same problem with my 9000,

I thought it just need new battery coz last week when I'm at work I charge itfor an hour then when I come back the phone is hot and its not turning on so I purchase new battery new I put the battery it turn on and when I put the charger suddenly when to white screen and turn of then turn on when the phone is on it show charge but it now charging at so I manage to reflash it but same problem now when the battery is empty try to charge it it show only red lights. Any solution for this
