i tried to unlock 9000 via mfi 2.0.1.3-an error as below

well, so can you change the option of password set to OFF?
and is there installed OS on BB? If yes - did you tried to turn wirless on?

BB 9000 is not supported in MFI ! so no sue of wasting time ! regarding user code ! u can check in phone itself if its asking for user code use IT poicy disable method and disable it !

For network unlock u can use FB gold or can get codes

BB 9000 it is supported by MFI.

@zone2: maybe you tried to clear mep with blackberry in normal state you have to prepare the phone, either wiping the os or loading an sfi file, luck
