Two solutions that worked for me, disassembly phone and remove mini pcb, all plastics or rubber that may burn. Reheat aroung the shields that cover the chips. Do this at a low temp (recommend 250-270 degrees) maximum. Reheat both side of PCB while on vise at about 2 mins each, with 3 intervals. Let cool down for about 10 min. Second issue, these flex keyboards SUCK, remove and place on flat surface and roll with small round instrument. This helps to release sticky keypads. Or just replace the keypad with a new one and pray it WORKS.

Good Luck
