9360 not booting after screen change - GSM-Forum

changed the screen on a 9360 today,(003) the original screen was partially working so the phone appeared to be working . After screen change , blank screen just the red light as normal for a few seconds obviously tried another screen before noticing (after connecting to desktop manager )that phone is not booting up? (desktop manager unable to connect to phone , retry or update etc)
update installing of software , the phone then is ok.(apart from select on track pad) Remove the battery and once again back to sqaure one. I.e as soon as power removed totally from phone the only way to get it to function is to reload the software.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated,

if the phone was droped maybe the memory is messed up why not try and reheat the mainboard?then test to see what would happen
