Member: 1283129 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 135 | 9530 LCD reset v.024 to v.014 for blackberry 9530 I am looking for tool to reset LCD both versions. There are many reset LCD programs on this forum that will allow to use v024 LCD with v014 board but they do not change v024 board to use with v014 LCD. I have many v024 boards and many v014 LCDs. Anyone solve this problem? Thank you in advance. Rob |

Member: 1283129 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 135 | Nope This has a password. Also it is for 9500, I need for 9530. If anyone has a solution it would be appreciated. There is a tool on the forum 9530resetV1 and 9530resetV2. The V1 works great to reset 014 devices to use 024 LCD but neither work to reset V2 to V1. Also updating to the East Asia firmware doesnt work either. Any help MUCH appreciated. |

Member: 1283129 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 135 | Thanks but .... Thanks Jimmy but password didn't work. Also this file I think is for the GSM only 9500, not for 9530. I'm not desperate. I have about 8 9530s that need 024 LCD. and about 50 014 LCDs but in a few months I'm sure it will equal itself back out. Not exactly a big money maker here. Thanks again but didn't work. |

Member: 1283129 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 135 | I repair dozens of Blackberry every day. These models where the LCD is being reset are by new OS. These are all new models 8520 is the oldest but 9300, 9700, 9780, 9800, etc... works perfectly by installing new OS. These OS's were all released after about May 2012. 9530 is way too old, I don't think RIM came out with a new OS. |
