9630 reboot loop & enter password

hi all
i got 9630 boot up around 70% then reboot
i try update firmware by desktop manager,mfi, phone ask for password
i try many time password still 10



can i remove password or solve this problem

friend you can remove the password and you can load clean

first download this all bb software solutions 2 by nasir.rar

THERE IS INSTRUCTIONS INSIDE PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY

install master control

copy cfp file to your desktop

OPEN MASTER CONTROLL SEE THE IMAGES AND INSTRUCTION

6 OPTION WHERE YOU WIPE SAME WAY YOU CAN NUKE FIRST SELECT NUKE THEN NUKE IT WITHOUT BATTERY THEN WIPE IT WITHOUT BATTERY AND LOAD OS EITHER NORMAL WAY OR LOAD/NOJVM

i try to nuke fist,then phone become red blink 101111
now not detect with PC
how to do for next step?

open bb desktop maneger connect ur phone with out batterry.now bbdm showing error press update button and wait for downloading files after when bbdm showing waiting for device insert ur battery and wait for updating finish

friend some time after nuke and wipe mcp won't detect your phone try to load with dm with battery and without battery try both and see some time loader detect your phone unknown or with pin number ( even this kind of phone are some time detected by mcp but without battery)

if after all this try if your phone is not detected by pc means your phone has a hardware problem try to check in hardware section

please write if you have any doubt
