If you need help I think better if you can tell us what is the red light blinking pattern.

Like 10111, 101, 11011

1 = Blink
0 = Not Blink

You have to tell us exactly what kind of red blinking you have, so at that point help you better.

9550 red light could mean bad uif board/flex cable assembly. Try find another known working using to test.
