9700 can't flash

suddenly my BB 9700 showing only red integrate light and can't start then i try to flash it but it load 1 stage of flash system then when it try to reconnect with JVM it stop for some times then show a notice

" Unable to reconnect to the device during a multi-stage load operation."
what should i do now????
even while i connect my bb9700 with desktop manager it couldn't find the IEME......

and download the file for 9700 and double click the downloaded file. when it opens, you'll see a DOS window. connect your bb with no battery when you see the " CONNECTING TO BOOTROM" message.

you'll see the software loading. leave it to complete or you can insert your battery after the "UPGRADING RAM" stage.
